Insurance & Payment

The goal of our team is to offer a friendly and comfortable atmosphere so we can treat each patient with individualized care. We accept a wide range of insurances and will be more than glad to work with you in regards to your payment arrangements.

Payment is expected at the time services are rendered, unless prior arrangements are made in advance. We accept Cash, Personal Checks, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Care Credit, Money Orders, and Cashier’s Checks.

We will gladly file claims to your insurance and collect payment from them. However, the estimated co-payment is collected at the time of your service.

Cancellation Policy

Since our office will reserve the time and staff for your appointment, we kindly ask you to notify us of any change or cancellation at least 24 hours before your appointment time. This way we can be accommodating to other patients that might be in need of an appointment. Since all of our patients are called before their appointments for confirmation, there will be a minimum of $50.00 charged for any cancellation within the 24 hour period prior to the appointment or any broken appointment.
